These Terms of Service ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between GamePacket ("we," "us," or "our") and the customer ("you" or "your") using GamePacket's game hosting services ("Services"). By using our Services, you agree to be bound by and comply with this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services.
GamePacket provides game hosting services as described on our website and in the selected hosting plan.
Payment for Services is due in advance based on the selected billing cycle (monthly or yearly). Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of Services. GamePacket reserves the right to change pricing and billing practices upon providing you with thirty (30) days' notice.
Legitimate information must be provided upon registration and all account details must match with the provided payment method. Failure to do so will result in your order being flagged by our anti-fraud system.
Clients must provide their current home address, legal name, email address and must order using a residential internet connection. Using a proxy/VPN is prohibited and will result in your order being flagged.
You may terminate your Services with GamePacket at any time by providing thirty (30) days' notice. No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of prepaid fees. GamePacket reserves the right to terminate your Services at any time, with or without cause, by providing you with thirty (30) days' notice. A pro-rata refund of prepaid fees will be provided in the event of termination by GamePacket.
You agree to use our Services in compliance with our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.
GamePacket's data handling practices are described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.
You are responsible for the security and confidentiality of your login credentials. You are also responsible for maintaining backups of your data.
Your server content must comply with applicable laws. Do not host, use or distribute illegal or malicious content, including but not limited to copyrighted material, malware, or unauthorized copies of software.
Ensure that your server usage does not negatively impact the performance of our infrastructure or other users' servers. Resource-intensive activities, such as excessive CPU or memory usage, are not allowed.
Do not engage in network abuse, including but not limited to denial-of-service (DoS) attacks, distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks, or any activity that disrupts the normal functioning of our network or services.
Maintain the security of your Minecraft server. Do not attempt to access unauthorized resources, exploit vulnerabilities, or engage in any activity that compromises the security of our network or other users.
If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please report it promptly to our email [email protected]. We will investigate and take appropriate action.
Violating this AUP may result in suspension or termination of your Minecraft server hosting services. We reserve the right to take action to maintain the integrity of our network and protect the experience of our users.
This Privacy Policy ("Policy") explains how GamePacket ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects the personal information of individuals ("you" or "your") who use our game hosting services ("Services"). By using our Services, you consent to the practices described in this Policy.
We may collect personal information you voluntarily provide to us, including contact information, payment information, and other information necessary for the provision of our Services.
We may automatically collect certain information, such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, and usage data, when you interact with our Services.
We may share your information with third-party service providers who assist us in delivering our Services.
